We went straight to the manufacturer to get only the finest care and FORD certified technicians to replace her powerplant. We ordered a FORD Factory Powerstroke 7.3 Diesel Engine, there are other engines available that would have cost us less but cutting corners is not and option when it comes to Bessie. The Navistar 7.3 Diesel Engine is among the highest rated engines in its category and has a solid and stellar history as a proven workhorse. Reliable, Efficient and Powerful this motor delivers. Worried about the cost of Fuel, Bessie leaves the full size coaches far behind in terms of mileage and is among the most economical in FORD's inventory in its class. Not only is the 7.3 fresh out of the box she comes with a one of kind FORD Factory warranty unavailable and unmatched by any other manufacturer. Make no mistake, this expense in our opinion was a no brainier anything less then a factory powerplant made no sense to us.

We took her to Martoni Fabrications here in Elgin IL, with over 20 years of experience and world class craftsmanship the interior looks great! We sanded down the Oak Hard Wood, not cheap pre-fab press wood so common in other coaches and buses, and gave it a three layer coat of quality stain and varnish. A new table with a standing free leg and a fresh coat of paint to the steel bunks and privacy barriers. Take a look at the new TV, three times the size of the previous model and go ahead take a chance with the on board X-Box. Are you a movie buff? Take advantage of the dual DVD or VCR station.
